Mono Prints

This mono print was made by drawing onto a piece of paper witch is on a plate of ink; i think this has worked well because there are some interesting details within the drawing witch i didn't mean to make but they still look good.
this experiment has helped me realize that art isn't perfect and that the mistakes that you do make can be good mistakes and that they can actually make your artwork much more interesting.

I made this mono print by drawing on to the back of a piece of white paper, first i used yellow and the design is made from one of my objects from my memory box, then i played the paper onto blue ink and drew another design on top of the yellow one, the colours work well because they contrast each other.

This mono print was drawn from a picture i took at the Tate Britain museum; it was of a 3D bronze sculpture, i liked the shape of the sculpture. i used blue for the shading of the sculpture and yellow for the drawing.

This print was drawn from an object from my memory box,
i used purple and blue ink and it created this effect, it sort
of looks like its in the style of an old picture.

This print was drawn from a picture i took at the Tate Britain Museum; it is of a sculpture i really liked so i drew it from two angles and then made the design onto a mono print, using blue for the darker parts of the sculpture.
